Donations, Sponsorships & Charity Request

Harley-Davidson® of Edmonton is a friendly, family oriented active member of the community. We are proud supporters of all things motorcycle and Harley-Davidson®!

We are a privately owned family business therefore we have a limited budget. We unfortunately cannot support every request we receive. In order to assist us in processing these requests, we have created these guidelines.

Requests We Will Consider:

Charities, events, or sponsorships directly relating to motorcycling.

Charities & events within our community. 

We Will Not Participate in the Following:

Cash donations.

Events that do not align with our philosophy.

Submission Guidelines:

Drop off a paper copy of a formal donation request letter in person or

send a formal request letter by email to marketing@hdedmonton.com
